Miles's first birthday!

MILES IS ONE!

I can't believe how FAST that went! Miles is such a sweet child and has been a lovely addition to our family. The boys love him, we love him- he's perfect!

Miles is into walking everywhere and getting into EVERYTHING. He especially loves finding any remote and banging it till the batteries fall out. (It's actually quite maddening!!) Anytime the shower comes on you better bet he's trying to crawl in, clothes or not. He's a good sleeper, sometimes wakes up at night, but usually sleeps from 9 pm- 8 am. He has 2 teeth.

We haven't given Miles any sweets yet, so I made up some whole wheat muffins for his birthday (poor kid) and I even burnt them a little to add extra injury. One of the boys said afterwards, can we go to Dairy Queen since that was terrible?? hahah. Miles was pretty dang happy with his muffin, so I'll count it as a success.

One of the downsides of not living by family is birthdays like this. I wish we had family close by for these fun moments. We facetimed Grandma Merilee while he opened the gifts she sent. It was sweet to see Miles excited for his presents.

I love this cute little expression I caught. He liked it, despite what his face may say.

Cub Scout day camp

I took these four wolves to their first Cub Scout day camp! It was pretty crazy, which was expected, but the kids loved it! BB guns, archery,  and marshmallow wars was definitely the highlight. I love how they work together. It's been quite the experience being in Scouts, and I'm happy to be learning it along side my sweet Jaylen.

Edgley family pictures 2016

Its been awhile since we've had our family pictures done, and especially with the edition of Miles we wanted to update our photo in our home.

One of the girls I swim with is a photographer, so she was excellent to work with and make our family pictures a success!

I can't pick just one, so I added them all here.

Oh, I love Gavin's little "meepy" face. He's so fun.

Trying to take pictures with Aaron can be extra silly. :)

Gavin wanted a "spike" just like his brother!
