NEW HOME!!

What an amazing month it's been!!
With my brother's real estate knowledge and investor backing, we were about to purchase this beautiful home. It was a foreclosure with some foundation cracking in the very front that made for a steal of a deal. We love it. It's perfect size for us and we love having our own place. So excited for our future in this home!
It's in Washington, Utah. An upcoming in population area right north of St. George. Our neighborhood is full of GORGEOUS homes! We love the palm trees and can't wait to plant some in the fall. Our home is 4 bedroom/2 bath with a great backyard! Our yard is dirt right now, but we hope to plant some grass and put down some concrete in the fall time.

Jaylen's school is 1/2 mile away. We walked up to see it- such a cute school!

Jaylen helped scratch Gavin's head to sleep the other night. So precious. Gavin was WORN OUT after swimming and playing all day!

My first day at the Biggest Loser Resort! I got to shadow some classes and go through training. It was fantastic. I'll be teaching 3 classes back to back, two nights a week. Such a fun position! I love it!

In down town St. George they have this amazing splash park and waterfall river. We all loved it!

Our bathtub is amazing. The boys had so much fun playing in it (even without any hot water). They giggled like crazy over the jets.

We spend quite a bit of time swimming at the Summit's pool. I've started training some clients this week, so the kids have tried out the child care (they love it!!) and we go swimming after. It's such a fantastic facility.

Aaron is such a fun dad. He's so playful with the boys. Makes me smile. I love it!

We found this adorable park on the way home from the Summit a couple nights ago. It was amazing- splash pad, huge grass fields, 2 playgrounds, tennis courts.. the works! Can't wait to start some tennis back up!

We've had guests since we moved in. It's been fantastic! Emily came from Tuesday-Thursday. Aaron's mission companion's family, Brian Shaw, came Thursday-Friday and James stayed over Saturday-Sunday evening. It was fun to catch up with so many fun friends and family. On Saturday, we went up to hike Zion's with James.

The boys loved riding the bus on the way up. Jaylen was hard at work studying the map to be our tour guide. We hiked up all the Emerald Pool. Beautiful hike!!! Full of water and it even rained on us on the way down. Refreshing after being in 117 degree weather!

Jaylen reminds me a ton of me as a kid when hiking. He never wants to stay on the path. He's constantly blazing his own trail and exploring everywhere but on the path. So cute to watch him so excited.

We made it to the final pool right when it started to downpour!

Long lost Washington photos

I found some pictures of Aaron's photo stream that I hadn't seen yet and wanted to post them for memories sake.

Sean and Aaron doing Michael Jackson Wii. So classic.

Holding cute Adair.

Leeds Catch Up

Aaron went to go find Jaylen and CJ. He went out to the barn to see Jaylen's handwritten note on the door declaring, "Jaylen's Offiec."  We couldn't stop laughing. He had his desk all setup and was busy "at work."

 Hiking with nieces:

Jaylen's all about lizard  catching... and there are plenty to be caught!

Swinging on the big ol rope swing. The kids love this!

Aaron and I celebrated 9 years of marriage on June 12th! We had a busy day working/interviewing so my niece babysat at night while we went for a hamburger at Chili's (We are SO excited to have access to a peppercorn burger again!!) and ended with a four wheeler ride shredding up the Red Cliff's without kidos! It was fantastic. It was so nice to get out alone, chat and be able to watch a beautiful sunset while cruising around in the dried up river beds.
Love my Aaron. So glad to be married to my best friend. He's the best! Excited for many more fun years ahead!

Exploration run

Aaron took Gavin on the four-wheeler while I ran by them. (Jaylen was off with cousins). It was such a pretty afternoon! The view was amazing!!!! The red cliffs, mountains and blue ski are so refreshing.

The altitude is definitely a killer. I hope I can adjust quickly! My stamina is not the same!

Quail Creek

If I haven't made it clear- we are LOVING this place.

We went out on a neighbor's boat this morning for a few hours and had a blast. Jenny showed me how to Sholom ski (I couldn't get up- so frustrating!). We all enjoyed some knee boarding and cruising the lake. It was a warm 75 degrees in the lake. So refreshing!
Jenny is amazing out there!

Maggie going for it!

We were just talking in awe about all we've been able to do since we've been here. Aaron started school yesterday, buying a house, hiking, half-marathon race, runs, horse back riding, four wheeling, got FOUR jobs, and we're JUST getting started. Life is good, oh so good!

Hiking adventures

We hiked Chuckwalla yesterday. It was amazing!!  I love the red cliffs, beautiful mountains and views! Such a fun group of ladies to hike with too!

The owner's are back from their vacation so I won't be there as often as I was last week, but I look forward to working with them more in the future hopefully!
