Chasing Jaylen

I went running today with Jaylen in the stroller and I couldn't help but to share how silly and adorable our little boy is. As I was running- he would turn around to see me, and he must have thought I was "chasing" him because he'd start laughing and jerking the stroller bar and reacting like when I chase him at home. Once his head got tired from turning around, he'd look back forward for awhile, then look again for me and repeat the process over and over. Sure makes running alot more fun having him along!

Here's Jaylen's response to "No." Its so hard to keep a straight face and follow through when he's so cute! By the way, his hair looks horrible because I've been trying to cut it for the past couple days, but its hard to get him to hold still and I tried while he was asleep but I could only get the side he wasn't sleeping on. We'll fix it up one night when Aaron is home to hold him while he sleeps!

Silly Monster!

Jaylen is doing this really funny thing with his tongue now days. Its really adorable. He's also extremely ticklish and we love getting those big time giggles out of him! He's such a sweet, good natured boy! He knows he shouldn't be in the toilet either, and every time we catch him he comes out laughing and shaking his hands... he knows how to woo us over already!

We had a really fun time on Jaylen's birthday with the help of some great friends from our ward! We ate some pizza and cupcakes and hung out together. It was great to have so many good friends helping us celebrate such a special time in our lives!
