| Gavin is just plain adorable. I was watching him buttoning his shirt
while he was singing before church. It was so sweet to watch his cute
little hands carefully handling his buttons. |
| The boys love playing with Miles. Gavin gets a little too close and aggressive sometimes, I have to intervene to save Miles, but it's cute to see his love for his brother. |
These uploaded in all kinds of crazy order, so I'll try to get it to flow the best I can, with the time I have.
| Both the boys played Pee Wee baseball on their own teams. It was so fun! The boys loved it, especially Jaylen. He had a lot of friends from school on his team and he did really well! They played twice a week and had practice as well one time a week. A LOT of baseball in May! |
| Our pack meeting for scouts was an "Ironcub." They had to run to four different pools and put on different swimming type things. It was pretty entertaining! |
| Our lettuce, spinach and kale grew like crazy! Jaylen made over $15 cutting and delivering it to families in the neighborhood. |
| A beautiful bike ride around the lake |
| Jaylen's Chinese class! I grabbed this picture from the school website- they won the Horizon Hero Spirit award and was featured. |
| Sand Hollow swims |
The boys LOVED baseball. Jaylen had a lot of his buddies on the team. The coaches were great and really made it an awesome season!
Jaylen started out batting right handed, but ended up batting left handed. He catches and throws right handed and likes to bat left! It's pretty tricky!
| Gavin was so excited to give me my Mother's Day card he made. It was so sweet. |
Mother's Day was special. I love watching the boys sing during church. They are so sweet and give me the cutest smiles and I couldn't be more proud of them. After church, Gavin kept asking me what my favorite toy was. When we sat down to eat, he, with the most frustrated voice, said, "I want to give you something special, but I just don't know what!!" It was so sweet. He kept cutting out little cards that said "I love you" and handing them to be throughout the day. Being a mother is the best thing ever!
| Jaylen getting ready to do the IronCub, in full cub scout attire of course! |
| JAYLEN EDGLEY- YOU ARE AN IRONCUB! |
| Gavin was not too pleased that I brought this balance bike that was WAY too small for him. He scooted across the lot and gave me this look the whole time. "Seriously mom??" |
| This came home with Jaylen from school. It made me laugh. When I asked him about it, he said he just couldn't think of anything for J besides Juicy. |
| The garden is doing great! |
| Jaylen did his first vegetable stand of the year! |
| I love these two little twins |
| Our car hit 100,000 miles! We've been in so many places and had so many adventures in this car! Can't wait to see what the next 100,000 are like! |
Miles loves playing by Gavin. He's such a happy baby!
| Steve sent me this card for my birthday. It CRACKED me up.They watched Jaylen for us one weekend, and we always joke that's where Gavin came from and it was their fault for watching him for the weekend. |
| Woo hoo! |
| I went to work on my birthday and found the car stuffed to the brim with balloons! Elizabeth and Steph made my day by sneaking in our garage at night to leave me this treat! It made me late for work, but well worth it. |
| Gavin loved it! |
My cousin Tyler and his wife and two daughters stopped by while in town. Their cute little girl is 3 months younger than Miles. They even matched! Miles just wanted to playing with her bow most the time!
Cam and Josie took us out on their boat for some birthday fun on Friday after my birthday. It was awesome to surf, jump off rocks, tube and play. Aaron was amazing to watch dance on the surf board. haha.
| Gavin was a great buddy to surf with. He loves it! I love how brave he is! |
| Teasing Aaron about cats never gets old. |

| Jaylen's T-Ball team and coaches |
My cute nephew CJ got baptized! Such a special day for the Westhoff family!
| We went to a Young Women's fundraiser for my nieces. We brought with us the game Bean Boozled, that my client Carol had given us. It was hilarious. You spin a spinner and there are two identical beans of 6 different types. One is either a good or bad flavor but you don't know till you eat it. You eat whatever bean you spin to. Jaylen got dead fish, barf, toothpaste and lawn clippings. The dead fish did him in, "I AM NEVER PLAYING THIS EVER AGAIN!!!" It was fun watching all the people at the fundraiser gambling on what beans were what. |
| Jaylen has quite the bucket list for summer this year. We've had to tame down his expectations a little! Ha! |
Our sweet, little blue eyed cutie.
| Gavin up to bat! |
I took the boys, Steph and her girls hiking. It was fun, but kind of turned into a disaster. I was very proud of the boys and how well they did. Well, Steph's girls pretty much thought it was torture to hike and cried and whined most of the time. BUT, we made it out and survived. Gavin turned to me and said, "I have to sit by the crazy, crying girl on the way home?!?" It was one of those moments I'm grateful to not have to deal with overly emotional girls.

| Jaylen and Lily |
| Steph and I. Miles is so chill. For example, I got sunscreen all over his eyes. His eyes were red, puffy and teary, but he never complained. Poor guy looked miserable but sat in there smiling and happy as could be! |
| Jaylen loves to take care of Miles. The relationship they have is adorable. I can't believe how big Jaylen is and how able he is to care for Miles. It's one of the best things to watch as a parent! |
My friend has a little farm nearby and she invited us over to see her baby kitties and goats. The boys were SO excited. Jaylen mentions that he wants his own kitty one day (much to Aaron's dismay). Aaron refused to come with us so we went over to play with the animals.
| Jaylen kept bringing them to me, telling me how cute they were. |
| This part draft horse was HUGE!!! |
| Emily and Ryan came down over Memorial Day to visit. We rode bikes, made ice cream, went to the lake, paddleboarded & hiked. |
